Technology Supervisor (CNC/Welding)
- Professional management of the engineering team
- Ensure timely delivery for every individual projects
- Optimize productivity and performance
- Ensuring safe and healthy working environment
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce production, safety, and quality systems, policies, and procedures
- Reporting to management about the status of projects
- Diploma in an engineering field
- Communication level in English
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position and 4-5 years as a Process Engineer
- Strong welding/ CNC background
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and technical drawings
- Ability to manipulate and understand 3D models
- Project management methodology skills
- Knowledge of welder and welding safety standards
