Thank you for your interest in our development program on INTERCULTURAL COOPERATION!
Since 2017, Pannonjob has been recruiting and providing a large number of foreign workers to its partners—primarily Hungarian and multinational corporations—through labour leasing (our foreign workforce now exceeds 1,000 employees).
In addition to employee leasing, we also run organizational development programs. This experience led us to recognise that creating a dedicated program on intercultural cooperation is not only useful but necessary.
Who is the Program intended for?

Our intercultural cooperation development program is designed for manufacturing and service companies that employ a large number of foreign workers. It provides guidance on how to support employee integration and how to enhance collaboration among employees from different cultural backgrounds.
During our program, the following topics are covered:
✔ Examining cultural differences based on Hofstede’s dimensions
✔ Self-awareness: values, communication, and perception
✔ Work culture: organizational culture, work ethic, motivation, planning, and performance evaluation
✔ Perceptual distortions and biases
✔ Understanding the process of encountering a foreign culture
✔ Leadership development in an intercultural organization
✔ Communication strategy, protocol, and intercultural communication (verbal and non-verbal communication, time management, interpersonal distance, forms of address, basic rules of negotiation)
✔ Conflict management
✔ Practical exercises for problem-solving
