Upskilling of middle management (E-000287/2014/D001)
Duration of the training: 40 hours (4 days)

Purpose of the training: supporting the middle management with the followings:

  • To become familiar with the team roles, theories of team development and become able to build efficient teams and organisational relationships,
  • To establish assertive organisational communication and manager-manager communication,
  • To make them realise the concept, reasons and consequences of conflicts, the theoretical background of mediation and the practical usage of these in the managerial work,
  • To become familiar with the theoretical background, effect of stress and practical application of tools for stress management.

Target group of training: managers in production/ service sector, middle managers, team lead, whose tasks include the followings:

  • Planning, organising, managing and motivating the assigned employees,
  • Monitoring the working employees, providing feedback about their performance,
  • Immediate investigation of problems, obstacles in the flow of production/ service provision, intervention if it’s needed,
  • Monitoring the compliance of work discipline, implementation of legal sanctions if necessary,
  • Reporting to the top management.

Efficient sales person 30 (E-000287/2014/D002)
Duration of the training: 30 hours (3 days)

training of professionals, who by acquiring the knowledge and skills of sales will learn to:
  • Identify the key competencies for sales, and be aware of the possible improvements,
  • Plan their performance objectively, define and achieve sales purposes as well as evaluate these,
  • Realise the potentials and methods of getting new customers, sustain the current partnerships,
  • Know the steps and crucial parts of successful and efficient negotiation, become able to act according to these in practice,
  • Build and maintain mutually efficient customer relations.
Target group: managers in sales or customer service department, employees with assignments related to contact with new customers, for the preparation, management and evaluation of sales negotiations, furthermore the establishment and maintenance of mutually efficient customer relations.

 
Training for production supervisors, middle management training (E-000287/2014/D003)
Duration of the training: 70 hours (7 days)

Purpose of the training: training professional to be able to obtain the following managerial knowledge and skills:
  • Becoming aware of the information, phrases and process of the labour legislation, LEAN and management,
  • Having legal knowledge about teams working in production/service and they also able to practice these,
  • Learning the basics of LEAN philosophy, key phrases and being able to identify the activities which add value and those which don’t in production/ service production, being aware of the potential in loss decrease as well as continuous improvement, correction of product/ service.
  • Know the modern leadership theories and the practical usage of these,
  • Handle the management of human and professional relationships and solve problems.

Target group of the training: shift leaders, middle management, production coordinators, production supervisor, team leaders, whose main tasks are the followings:

  • Planning, organising, managing and motivating employees,
  • Have the employees do their work in compliance with the required norms, provide feedback about their performance,
  • Immediate investigation of problems, obstacles in the flow of production/ service provision, intervention if it’s needed,

Personal efficiency training (E-000287/2014/D004)
Duration of the training: 80 hours (8 days)

Purpose of the training: to increase the personal efficiency in the field of customer related communication and time management, furthermore the development of general skills for presentation and negotiation. Participants’ networking and communication skills are developing due to the activities implemented in the course of the training. Participants will be able solve problems in an assertive way in the field of customer related communication and learn new techniques for time management, they will be also able to display efficient presentation and mutually achievable negotiations.

Target group of the training:
  • Managers, associates and colleagues in key positions working in the field of production/ service sector whose main tasks, or assignments include building up and maintaining external and internal customer relationships, preparing reports, holding presentations, managing negotiations and those ones who would like to broaden, update their knowledge and also would like to improve their skills in these fields.
  • Entrants, job seekers and employees seeking to have further training, students participating in higher education or professional training, maintain or/and strengthen their personal skills in the field of communication, customer relations, time management, presentation and negotiation techniques.

LRAN general basic knowledge (E-000287/2014/D005)
Duration of the training: 40 hours (4 days)

Purpose of the training:
  • • Teaching the general methods and connections, applied areas, necessary skills of participants,
  • • Teaching the participants the Lean process analyses and solutions for optimization,
  • • Teaching the participants the general mechanisms and competencies necessary for the maintenance of continuous development (kaizen).

Managerial methods for fluctuation management (E-000287/2014/D006)
Duration of the training: 50 hours (5 days)

Target group of the training: Managers become able to manage the destructive volume of fluctuation, understand their role in it and use those tools and solutions in their managerial performance, which would make the problem manageable.

Direct managers of the employees affected by fluctuation: production managers, team leaders, line managers, area managers, direct managers. Besides those managers, who directly manage teams including permanent and temporary colleagues, mixed or frequently changing teams.


Basic training of middle management (E-000287/2014/D007)
Training term: 30 hours (3 days)

The development of basic managerial skills of colleagues performing the tasks of middle management and team leaders, teaching them the most important basic competencies connected to managerial roles.

Target group of the training:
  • For managers, who have been in a position for the past 1-2 years, where they have been coordinating people,
  • For those specialists, who can possibly be appointed to be managers,
  • For leaders, missing the formal leadership skill development from the improvement/ development process.

Mentor training (20) (E-000287/2014/D008)
Duration of the training: 20 hours (2 days)

Purpose of the training: preparation of mentor colleagues for the efficient management of difficult situations, in the interest of these, broaden and improvement of mentor toolset.

Target group of the training: development of colleagues responsible for trainings and support mentors, internal trainers responsible for the development of colleagues, besides direct managers, who also train new colleagues.


Mentor training (30) (E-000287/2014/D009)
Duration of the training: 30 hours (3 days)

The preparation of participants for the efficient operation in mentor role, in the interest of these, building up efficient mentor toolset as well as broaden and improve the already existing ones.
 
Target group of training: colleagues responsible for the training and support, mentors, internal trainers responsible for the development of colleagues, besides those direct managers, who also train new colleagues and also the development with mentor support.
 
* The two versions of mentor trainings are processed different topics, which are individually appropriate for development, however the successive performance of both of them enables a complex development process.


Stress management and burnout prevention (E-000287/2014/D010)
Duration of the training: 20 hours (2 days)

Purpose of the training: to provide support for participants to understand the causes and relations between stress and burnout, to realise the sources of stress in their private lives and work, to recognise their own stress symptoms, to have an insight into possible coping strategies, identify their own strategies, and to be able to mentally apply it in practice in order to preserve their health.
 
Target group of training: employees working in managerial positions as well as employees working in positions where they are exposed to increased workload due to their working conditions and/ or the specifics of their work.
