In case of employment through cooperative, our Client has no obligation to pay for employer's contribution. Only recruitment, labour administration, payroll, occupational medical examination and other administrative costs must be paid.


Why is it worth employing pensioners by pensioner cooperatives?

Employers do not have any obligation regarding contribution payment, only the service fee of the cooperative must be paid, which includes recruitment, labour administration, payroll, occupational health service and other administrative costs. From the wage of the working pensioner, solely the 15% personal income tax shall be deducted, instead of the 33.5% employee contribution.
