PannonSenior Pensioner Cooperative was established in September 2017 in strategic cooperation with PannonDiák Student Cooperative and Pannonjob Kft. The aim of pensioner cooperatives is to provide employment and labour market reactivation for the still active pensioners, as well as to transfer knowledge and professional, life experience to the next generations. Fast and flexible
We select and employ workforce in the requested headcount and with the necessary qualification as soon as possible. Client only has to order and pay for the required working hours. There is no probation or notice period, so it is easier to find the ideal candidate for the Client.
Cost-effective
There is no need to calculate with additional costs, leave or sick leave. The service fee can be charged as an expense. In case of employment through cooperative, our Client has no obligation to pay for employer's contribution. Only recruitment, labour administration, payroll, occupational medical examination and other administrative costs must be paid.
Why is it worth employing pensioners by pensioner cooperatives?
Employers do not have any obligation regarding contribution payment, only the service fee of the cooperative must be paid, which includes recruitment, labour administration, payroll, occupational health service and other administrative costs. From the wage of the working pensioner, solely the 15% personal income tax shall be deducted, instead of the 33.5% employee contribution.
When is it worth employing retired employees by pensioner cooperative?
- in case the employee is continuously employed by employer as a pensioner,
- for the performance of fixed term projects, temporary tasks and campaign work,
- if the working area where the labour shortage emerges, is such where the younger generations have lack of skills,

Who can be employed by a pensioner cooperative?
- those, who receive full retirement pension,
- those, who receive part retirement pension and
- those women receiving pension, calculated considering the 40 years’ eligibility period.
